We aim to ship in stock items within two (3-5) business days unless it is an expedited order (e.g. Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Delivery option). Out of stock items or made to order items: Items may take up to 1-6 weeks for delivery. We will email you with an estimated delivery within 24 hours after an item has been purchased and tracking information when your order has been sent.

If your order is a rush order, please email infogregorio.jewelry@gmail.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

gregorio.jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered. Gregorio.jewelry is not responsible due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.  If your package is sent back to gregorio.jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

gregorio.jewelry will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred.
