RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

We value our customers and aim to provide the ultimate shopping experience. We hope you love your
purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return within 14 days from the day the
jewelry arrived at the address provided. Shipping costs for the return of a product are always the customer’s responsibility.


When returning or exchanging your piece, please ensure that our GREGORIO security tag has not been
removed.


All jewelry must be in original condition and accompanied by the original packaging, Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. As such, to get an RA number, you’ll need to get in touch with us prior to shipping it back. This number must be displayed on the outside of your box and will expedite the process.


Returns will be credited in full within 72h of been accepted. Credit will be issued in the same form that your
payment was made. We cannot refund you cash for a purchase you made with a credit card. We expect the same level of security and shipping when you are getting the package back to us. All returns
must be shipped with a traceable courier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. Return shipment must be prepaid and the package should be fully insured for the price value of the products. Collect shipping will be refused.

The customer is liable in case of loss or damage.


If your purchase was a special order, you are not subject to the standard return policy.

Special order items cannot be returned.
